During the summer of 2007, ScienceDays volunteers delivered four engaging lessons to three summer camp sites in Chapel Hill, North Carolina as guest speakers of Chapel Hill- Carrboro and Durham County Schools Summer Camps.

Learn the definition of mucous, snot, and booger learn why we sneeze, learn why mucous is different colors, make fake mucous and observe its consistency, model how mucous covers and neutralizes bacteria
